Our office works regularly with freelance photographers for projects initiated in our office.

The RWU creative team will assess photographic needs for your project. This assessment includes the review of existing photos in the RWU Photo Database to determine whether new photography is necessary. If new photography is needed, the client may be responsible for finding models (students, faculty, etc.) and securing an available location (classroom, laboratory, etc.) for the date of the photo shoot.

Some photographs taken by RWU are available for use in projects that are produced independent of RWU. See our Photo Gallery. However, most of the photographs taken by our office are reserved for use in RWU-produced publications. This helps us avoid market saturation of images.
