The IRHA acts as a liaison between Student Life, Student Senate, and the Residence Halls on campus. 

The Association consists of two representatives from each hall council, a National Communications Coordinator, and one advisor. 

The group strives to provide a variety of educational and social programs at RWU. They also provide all residential students with opportunities to help make on-campus living more enjoyable.   Members of IRHA present programs at local, regional, and national levels.
